What are two of the important aspects of body language you want to improve the most when having an online meeting?

      The first body language l want to improve is facial expressions, sometimes the online class teacher will ask if you understand, but everyone is too shy to turn on the microphone to answer, at this time you should be able to nod or shake your head to express whether you understand.    The second one is to pay attention, sometimes l get distracted during online classes, such as touching my hair,In order to solution the problem,l thought of was to turn up the computer volume a little louder and let myself focus on online classes.
